Construction Manager
- Waterloo / SW London
- Permanent – £60 to £70k depending on experience
- CAT A and B Fit Out, Major Projects
We are working with a leading principle contractor, who are adding to their team on one of the flagship projects for 2022. They are looking to recruit and established Construction Manager for the delivery of a large scale fit out project near Waterloo.
The role:
- Plan, lead and deliver fit out installation services in a large new build project
- Manage all aspects of Health and Safety during project lifecycle
- Report on change, delays and progress
- Manage and drive subcontractors
- Ensure that specifications and quality standards are met
- Attend regular stakeholder meetings
Essential Experience:
- Proven track history on fast track, demanding projects
- Demonstrable experience leading delivery on projects from concept to completion
- Experience in a CAT A/B fit out environment
- Experience coordinating large teams on projects of £20-50m plus
Desired Qualifications:
- NVQ level 7, Degree or HNC in construction management
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black card
- 1st Aid, TWC, SEATS beneficial
